I've helped my g'mother put up the Christmas tree lights. Did the whole thing much more quickly than she expected, not that she minded terribly. It's the least I can do for being so notably absent last year, and it's not like I have much here for Christmas, save a wreath on the door and a ... candle ... thing. And an interesting desktop wallpaper courtesy of the Co-Writer with the Longest Hair. Thanks, man.

My new coffee table allows me to organise my 'to watch' pile a little better than I had before (on a little shelf as opposed to all over the floor). Once I've found and watched the Kino's Journey movies I have around here somewhere, it's time to dig in. Fortunately, there's nothing borrowed in there, so I can be my usual ADD-viewer self and spaz through them in any order I please.

Recommendations for the moment?

Astro Fighter Sunred is in some fairly quality fansubs. This is the kind of show Adult Swim thinks they make. If I ruled Cartoon Network, Sunred and Detroit Metal City would share a half-hour block. But I don't, and they don't care enough to do something that awesome.

The new Cobra is fun, which is as it should be. You gents will love Dr. Utopia More ... when it comes to her clothes, less does indeed appear to be More.

Blade of the Immortal and Tytania remain high on my list.
