Anime Mid-Atlantic 7: I'm hard pressed to ever say anything bad about AMA. This is a con that loves its attendees and knows what they want to see. With a bit better inter-staff communication, I'd venture to place it near-perfect. 15-17 June 2007
Ravencon 2: They've proven they can come back for more, and that people want to come back with them. Now that we know that, I'd really like to see them start tweaking their model and making it the best it can be as it grows up. 20-22 April 2007
Katsucon 13: With their new hotel (yes, it's in a hotel!) and layout, it's not a fearsomely huge con at all. In fact, despite its size, 'lower-ranking' guests and industry are getting more of the attention they deserve. 16-18 February 2007
MarsCon 17: Contents are starting to settle after shipping, and a few planning and programming problems are starting to show through. Fortunately, not enough to ruin its reputation as a damn good con. 19-21 January 2007
