'Oh, sweet. I'm full of misfortune.' by Kara
Thing being, when it first started I wasn't into anime. And then I went to college and joined an anime club, so it was kind of superfluous. And at the point when I would've found it useful ... I'd stopped watching TV. So Toonami as a whole sort of passed me by.
Oh, hell, I'm not denying the importance of it. It was hugely important and (from what I understand) hugely good. And when the same programming block (or at least the same format) has been running on television for eleven years, that's a damn accomplishment. But I'll admit to feeling a little guilty that I can't share in the mourning of it. Not legitimately, anyway.
Nonetheless, I will pour one out for Toonami today.
But wait, haven't they essentially been running Naruto for the last however long?
Eh ... well ... then ...
I'll just leave off here.
If you have been, stay gold.

I think I'm expected to talk about Toonami ending. There's one problem, though. I never had any sort of attachment to it.
