Don't feel bad. I don't know what the arse he's talking about, either. Knowing might allow me to wish him luck. (He knows I hate it when he does it, because then I get all nervous for him, but he at least has the advantage of knowing what we're both nervous about. Feh.)

I may not have a bike (yet!!!!!!!!!), but I do have other things I'm wanting to do this summer now that warm weather's here. I mean besides abusing my season's pass.

I've lived right by the bay all my life, so my poison is ... sailing. Used to have an Opti and sail by myself when I was about fourteen -- eighty years ago. Those things are junk. They're bathtubs with rudders and sails (and that's assuming the rudders and sails stay attached, which they often do not, hence many of us marina kiddies jumping between each other's boats and stealing bits of boat during races). I am, no matter what people say about height or weight, too big for an Opti now. And probably too big for a Sunfish, which is just a windsurfer with rigging, anyway.

My weird uncle, however, bought a big ol' boat (40-footer, if I'm not mistaken) around the time I had the Opti. It's the boat he learned to sail on when he was little. Went to a friend of his who works on film sets and had him paint the name on the side, the name being Arcadia. As in Et in Arcadia ego ... and not Arcadia of My Youth, sillies. He isn't an anime fan.

This is the same uncle who sailed to the Azores with a five-man crew, then came back and wrote a play about it. They didn't go on his boat, but over the past few years, he's worked on rigging it so one person can sail it. He showed me the ropes (arrrr) when I was a lot younger, but I haven't been out in years, so I have no idea if I remember everything ... 'specially since he'll have rearranged a lot of it. But I actually missed one perfect day of sailing because he wanted to go the Sunday of Nekocon this past year and I found out first thing that morning and had other responsibilities. So I'm hoping to maybe, maybe go out this weekend if we have a day of good enough weather.

Now, it's 1 PM and I just woke up. Told you all I needed sleep. If you have been, bloody say so.

Heh heh...for once I get up first!

Hey, it's not often so I have to gloat when I can.

I'm nervous. Something's coming up that's making me nervous. It's something I want, real bad, and when I screw it up I'll feel really terrible. So that makes me nervous. Lets hope that doesn't happen.

I'm hoping to take Galeon to NY when I go Sunday, it'll be much better on Gas than the FC *as much as I love it...turbos are gas guzzlers...still not as bad a a Hummer or SUV though...*. I can't take as much crap with me, But I'll only be there overnight anyway. Lets hope the weather is halfway decent. Hope the traffic's not too bad either. If it is it's back roads all the way! Besides, It's been a long time since I've been long distance on the bike. Need to get back into shape and blow out the carbon in the cylinders.

I need a better computer chair...this one isn't cutting it.

Oh and I got my legit copy of Advent Children yesterday. See? We can download AND buy if its something we like. Thats what I do with lots of shows believe it or not.

And I love Bit Torrent...I can see all the races I missed of Moto GP so far this year because of it. ^_^
