So Her Majesty the Buzzkill of England kept me out of town for a good part of last night. I didn't want to attack her at all -- or even see her, really, because of my justified fear of security guards. I just wanted food, for self and for animals, which I don't think is particularly violent behaviour. I considered working from home today, but the part of the road near my flat is not blocked off. Busy, sure, but not blocked off. Bah.

What's the best GAINAX production?

First: Evangelion -- 16%
Second: Top o Nerae! Gunbuster -- 12%

Mahoromatic/His and Hers Circumstances -- 8%

* 'Their Message Board- currently playing Rei-wanking otakus on a rampage...': Oh, God. If you don't know what's going on, read up. Short version, co-founder Takami Akai has stepped down as a board member and given up his work on Gurren-Lagann after a fan (read: 2ch, the pride of the intertubes) backlash that cause him to make some interesting comments about their intelligence, tastes and similarity to an anus. Then 4chan (the other pride of the intertubes) invaded, and fun was had by all. That said, +25 for the hell of it.

* 'That one where it starts out with neat stuff and then it becomes obvious that they ran out of funding...oh wait': +10, I think I've seen that one.

* Abenobashi write-ins: +5, rather than an uncreativity, because there were only a couple of you ... and the poll format only allows me to put in X number of choices, so I was hoping this would get written in.

* 'Can I nominate the FIRST half of Kare Kano? you know, before they blew their budget and started using crayons and cut outs? >_>;;;': Yes. +10 sympathy points.

* 'Aoi Choki Choki': -10, not a real anime: +5, inside joke; +5 more, because if it was a real anime, GAINAX would so be the ones to do it.
