I need a new rant icon somethin' awful. I'll have to poke around -- you'd think I'd have something new and cool lying around.

Yeah, as you can see, we're nearing the next story. And yes, I'm doing 'costume tests.' Just trust me on this one. A lot of different shows have done this before ... which clearly means I should do it, too. I once got an angry e-mail saying that I'm uncreative and need to stop lifting my stories. Not doing too well, am I?

As far as I know, books are moving along. With RavenCon in a week and a half (what???), I'm less on book stuff and more on memorising lines and doing tons of sewing. Technically I don't have to, but the perfectionist in me wants a new costume ready for the Luna-C performance on Saturday night. I had this bugger seven years ago courtesy of a thrift store, and now it's well past time for the real thing.

You'll all love it. Or else be horribly confused by it.

And incidentally, the Co-Writer with the Bluest Liver and some hedgehog breeders in the area are caring for a hedgie who was abandoned at a pet store. She (the hedgie) needed tons of surgery, it turns out -- so of course it was okay to plop it off! Here's hoping she turns out okay ... they're finding hells of lots of stuff.
