Tough decision with today's comic ... and please feel free to laugh at me.

In Doctor Who S27E4 (Aliens of London), Rose and the Doctor accidentally jumped a year as opposed to a month -- when Jackie and Mickey and half the city were having a spaz and thinking she'd been kidnapped -- placing them in 2006. So if you bear that in mind re: the timeline, technically The Christmas Invasion (DW 2005 special) happened at Christmas 2006, rather than 2005 (which means this year's, The Runaway Bride, will happen in 2007).

However, I feel like if I'd said that in the caption, I would've made your little heads pop. Torchies on messageboards are already berating me for this, but I think Torchwood/Doctor Who nitpickers in my audience are few and far between. Although if I discover that you lot already knew this, I may very well change it. Or I might change it for whatever book this ends up in.

... okay ... I've established myself as a geek forever and ever, and my weird uncle is going to use this against me next time I see him.
