Well, if you didn't see elsewhere, Shibue (my new computer) is up and running. Now, in my spare time (ha!), I check and see if I can salvage anything from Komatsu's brain. It's a relief, though. I've replaced the essential programs, and am now going about getting the fun stuff.

I seem to accidentally have gotten a free account for a game I like. How cool is that?

Note that Emmy has a vastly different costume here. 'tis from Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha. Don't let the name fool you; it is one of the most badass anime around today, let alone the single most badass magical girl anime ever. Plot's amazing. Really twists you around, and it's very hard to actually pin down any character as a villain (well, okay, except one). For those of you who know the show ... I was actually conflicted between making her Nanoha or Fate Testarossa. Fate is a lot more Emmy's speed (and mine, although I also like Signum from the A's season - she and her gunblade are on my cosplay list), but this is Mimi's story. And also, I figured Raging Heart would be a little easier to draw than Bardiche; Raging Heart comes in later in the week. I recommend getting this NOW, no matter what your taste in anime. Even if you despise magical girl series. You really just need to trust me on this. The Co-Writer with the Bluest Liver will back me up on this.

And yes, Emmy will have a different costume each time. I realised writing this that there is no way she could have the same through all seven stories. Her behaviour and actions are almost entirely reliant upon what she's wearing, so there's no way everyone could get away with the same one. Also, I couldn't pick just one. I was going nuts trying to decide what would work best under these circumstances. Be honest - would Mona really think of Emmy as Lady Oscar?
