Well, laughing at the snow demons Friday night earned me a great surprise: LOTS OF SNOW, for the first time in a good while here. Certainly for the first time since SNOWKILL 2009/10 started up. I stayed home, did some sewing, and built a snow capybara on my balcony. The roads have been too icy to leave home this morning, but hopefully that'll change this afternoon so I can get some errands out of the way.

Katsucon prep is underway. I will not have a table. Why? Dumb reasons. I won't go into them -- ask anyone with a webcomic and a few drinks in them and I'm sure they'll be happy to explain. I am, however, hosting the cosplay. With some help, thank God. Very excited about catching up with some friends, including Yunmao Ayakawa (I feel all right counting her among my friends, as she noted in a response to one of my replies on her blog that she's looking forward to seeing me again. That makes a girl feel fantastic.) But also some former Katsu-maids and many other people I just plain never get to see.

Also might get to speak to the members of Unicorn Table for more than a few seconds this time. And if not, well, they've got a concert I'm definitely going to. Gonna have the whole band this time.

Katsu should be pretty freaking sweet. I hope.
