This is the first chance I've had to rant, seeing as how we've been using ZJ (my new Acer Aspire laptop, a gift from the Redneck Momma) to watch stuff, and then we've been opening presents.

I gave a lot of DVDs this year. A lot. Mainly because many of the sainted members of my family still don't understand the concept of buying box sets of the shows they like. Hopefully I am teaching them well.

In exchange, I received a Wii. And a Wii balance board. Something tells me the fam's intent was not to make it possible for me to play Suzumiya Haruhi no Heiretsu. Still, naturally, I loves it veddy moishe. There goes the last of my free time.

Now just gotta find a place to put it.

I also received things that smell nice. Do with that information what you will.

Hope everyone else is having a good evening with friends or family or wherever they've ended up. And if you find yourself alone, or somewhere you'd rather not be, I spend double-extra Christmas wishes to you in a lame attempt to make up for the crappy part.
