Right, so I could sit here and talk about MarsCon stuff, but I don't feel like it. It's the usual -- well, okay, it's not. No improv Friday and a different kind of show Saturday. Oh, just come find out for yourself.
I'm on the sixth Dark Tower book, and ... well, I wanted to talk about a certain chapter, but spoilers, innit? Dark Tower is one series that should never ever be spoiled for anyone. I won't say everyone should read it because I doubt it's everyone's thing (Arthurian spaghetti Western fantasy?). I do, however, believe that anyone who fancies themselves a writer should read it.
I can't really say why because it's a spoiler for the second-to-last book. But it's awesome fun, for one thing ... and for another ... well, I think anyone who's been writing for a fair amount of time could look at the latter part of this book and go, 'I know how that feels.'
That's all I'll say.
Oh, and finally ... check out what got more coverage than JAM Project at Otakon! No wonder Kage was pissed. (And I feel like it's a bad idea to piss him off.)
If you have been, that was kawaii!

Okay, before everyone starts complaining again ... if you can't tell from the last panel, SHE WAS LYING. Sheesh, cool your jets. I do these a week in advance and only vaguely anticipate any violent reactions. Although to be fair, I kinda did do this page just to piss everyone off. Mischief managed.
