I really hate being a grownup so hard sometimes.

On the one hand, it means I can do the things I want.

On the other, it means I can't because of money.

Let's just say I'm very annoyed at my income versus, erm, outgo right now. Because I'm in a position legally, age-wise, blah blah, to do something I really really really want to do. But financially, it's just not gonna happen. Not yet. Cuz I was doing up a budget, and guess what's keeping me that far away.

Medical bills.

Even with insurance.

Yes.

There's that many of 'em.

There's so many of them, in fact, that apparently our rates went up at work and people were looking around the office to see Whose Fault It Was.

So yeah. Not only is being sick keeping me from doing things ... getting well is keeping me from them.

I'm gonna go in the office bathroom and sob for a bit.
