Speaking of Katsu and God knows what, I love my new GPS. It got me here in one piece. And didn't get me lost. I shall be fine going home this afternoon, I'm sure of it.
Overall, it's been a good con. I sustained a few unpleasant injuries last night, and having to catch doors because attendees don't give a crap that my wrist is in a brace hasn't done too well by it. But other than that? A good Katsu. I may swing by the dealers' room one last time today, but after that, I'm going home and having my traditional post-con Arby's binge.
'tis sad Co-Writer cannot join me.
If you have been, that was hilarious.
Got to see the town that Trewissick is sort of based on. Course there's been a lot of development since the story was written, still very pretty. Lots of wandering around, very windy. And very cold.
No hiking through Welsh mountains, like I had hoped and we had discussed, we figured it would be a bit too cold. Course until we got to Cornwall, I had been melting the entire time.
Ok, Meg's last full day here, so she wants to get out of here early, so off I go!
The Mich is sore.

Still at Katsucon, but didn't go to the dance last night. They strobed the cosplay vaguely, and the party afterwards (which got shut down ... but it wasn't in my room, so hey!) wiped me out. I sent one of my minions to take the Co-Writer with the Longest Hair his 'Gatorade.' I wanted to do so myself, but if I couldn't put up with mild strobing this weekend, God knows what dance lights would do to me.

Back in London after spending a few days in the wall of corn (Cornwall, Land's Endish area)
