Cripes. Not counting Gwen facing away and taking off her shirt to change (which I don't), our local corrupt creepy-looking businessman is the first character in Kalibourne to appear 'onscreen' topless. I can't even conceive of what this just begins to say.

'So when do we get Reika in a bikini????' you cry. Patience, children.

Tonight is the season finale of House, so I doubt yours truly will be screwing around on City of Heroes/Villains. I got bored one evening and started arsing around on the Guardian server making Kali characters. We have our two heroes ... Kalibourne's a tech blaster, and Tali's a natural blaster. (Sue me, blasters are awesome. I was gonna make Tali a defender, but blasters can have guns and various tech toys.) I don't know how I managed it, but they're both pretty hardcore and taking out NPCs above them with maybe one shot. Was running Kali around with a buddy of mine's Level 11 alternate (these guys are my alternates ... I have one hero and one villain I'm devoted to), and I was standing a decent ways back picking off his thugs while he jumped around and kicked them. Also, you can program macros, so they can shout things when they attack.

I may put up little screencaps later. I'd make Reika and give her archery, but there's just not hair curly enough on the character gen screen. If I decide to toy with villains, though, Bael would make a good mastermind equipped with military dudes. With some practice, masterminds never have to touch anything themselves -- you just control the lackeys. I played one with zombies for a brief while, and had them tearing out people's brains while I stood back and read a newspaper. This was a Level 2 character.
