Not 'burnt out,' thank God. But if I don't keep to myself for the weekend, I may become that way. It's a shame my new card isn't in yet; I could go beat things up online. (Well, okay, they sent me the wrong one ... then turned around and shipped out what they say is the right one, and that should get here Tuesday.) As it stands, I'll have to just do things the old-fashioned way -- non-violently.
Goes against my Crusader blood. Deep down in my DNA, I feel that the proper way to solve a problem is barge in, skewer the problem, sleep with its wife, and run off with its holy relics.
Yeah, speaking of violence ... we finally got people talking on the previous page! And it only took killing three people to do it! Now we know what you people want, clearly. (Eh.)
And finally tonight, one thought, courtesy of this week's new Who. Remember ... whether it's the 1700s or the 1900s, London or Versailles, fighting robots or zombies, one inalienable truth always remains:
Bananas are good.
If you have been, move a little to the left.

Today, I lock the doors and stay in. Not because I fear leftover Cinco de Mayo partiers. (Are you kidding? They're probably all passed out in pain right now.) This has been a frantic-as-hell week in every respect, and until Sunday night when I actually have some set plans, I'm staying in. I still need to do some art and clean things and work on some other projects, but I'm bunkered down so I can do them at my pace and with cookies handy.
