So VH1 is now showing *as I type* the '40 Greatest Metal Songs', and man I'm glad I'm taping this for the next HM weekend. But it brings up and interesting parodox that I see....

Remember when VH1 showed the stuff your parents wanted to see/hear, and MTV was all about the current music you loved?

Now it seems to be the other way around for me...uh oh.

And sir Murphy sprung one on us yesterday while riding on the bike...it was nice all week including today, but yesterday we went for a ride after working outside for about 3 hours. It was cloudy all day but didn't rain. That is of course till we were less than 5 minutes from Best Buy. Then it opened up. course it stopped shortly afterwards...but it's all about principle here.

I hate getting wet in full leathers.

First off, thanks to the multiple readers who've complimented us on this page already today. Readers of anything on my site tend to be painfully silent, so to actually have several people speak up is a real compliment.

I think I mentioned last Saturday that I slept about eleven hours? I need that again. Even with the headaches and general ill feeling being sedentary that long tends to cause. Seeing as last weekend was for post-con health recovery, I've been trying to do everything-else recovery when I'm not at work. Not working so well. Having an open weekend might very well fix that. My flat is an utter mess, for one thing. Also, I have to gut my computer and put the new graphics card in at some point, since I got the note yesterday that they tried to deliver it. Little signed note on the door, I can have it tonight. The Co-Writer with the Bluest Liver is considering joining City of Villains, so bad things may be in store.

This job thing is really cramping my style.
