Now that that's over with ...

For one thing, that really had to freaking hurt.

For another, I'm finding that my new surroundings are making me more motivated. Probably the fact that I'm not jammed into corners anymore. It's a damn sight less drab than where I used to be ... and will be far less drab once I put up some of my Stuff.

Somewhat related, I have a crock pot (an early Christmas present) and must now find recipes for it. Checking out some websites, but I have a feeling nothing will compare to a proper cookbook. Shit. An hour or some more of free time during the day and dinner ready when I get home? I may just be able to get some more book stuff done.

Maybe.
