Yeah, I recall writing about them before, so I'm not gonna describe them again, except to reiterate that I've tried everything within reason and nothing works. So yes, I've tried going to the doctor, I've tried stretches (which were pointless as it's nerve pain), physical therapy, painkillers, killer painkillers, a different exercise regimen, food, water, more sleep, less sleep, various dietary changes, and essentially everything sort of exploratory surgery and recreational pharmaceuticals.
So, basically, when it starts I just have to wait it out. Which means I didn't sleep Tuesday/Wednesday night/morning. And I don't mean that I'd try to fall asleep, manage for a minute and then get woken back up by the pain. I got zero. I was in so much pain I couldn't even get close to falling asleep.
And I don't like that. Because that makes me mean, and I don't need to get any meaner.
Fortunately, I've got a start on catching up to it, and maybe tonight I can finish off the catching up. I just wish it didn't involve oversleeping.
Enough of my griping. If you have been, drop it!

Those strange pains in my back and neck came back.
