Of course, I'm willing to say that about just about anything today. Except about Macross Frontier, which rocks and no one will ever convince me otherwise. Unless the show itself betrays my tiny trust, which is always a possibility, especially in a Macross sequel/prequel. (See Macross Zero -- actually, wait, don't, unless you just skip the last five minutes or so.)
Working on getting the poll fixed, I swear. I really want it to be ready by Friday, for obvious reasons. If it's not ... well, thanks for your patience thus far.
As to the comic itself ... fortunately, the first of these crashed and burned; the second one was fairly decent; the third one was harvested to make good things once it got back home to the UK; and the last two ... well, they're waiting in the wings to make myself and many others weep uncontrollably.
They asked Philip Glenister, one of the main characters in Life on Mars, to come reprise his role in the American version. He told them to piss off. Good man.
If you have been, don't look.

Wow. No hate mail whatsoever on Monday's rant. I wonder if I should be relieved or unhappy. On the one hand, it means my opinion doesn't carry much weight. On the other ... it means my opinion doesn't carry much weight. Kudos to those fans who didn't let that rant get to them and, whether through blind fangirliness or some genuine appreciation for the show that I still can't fathom, did not fall to pieces after I told them their favourite show sucks.
