I had the worst day for a good long while yesterday. I think that's all that needs to be said now. It's not a pleasant story and might worry some people, but suffice to say I came out of the situation alive, very unhappy, and incredibly jaded about our health care system.

No big-ass poll results this week, seeing as how it was more an informative one for me. Unfortunately(?), the responses for 'Yes, please set up a mailing list for book news' and 'No, just set up a corner of the page for it' were dead even (20% each). There were a lot of 'maybe' and 'for other people' responses. So what I'll probably do for now is see if I can make a small news box to stick in the corner of various pages that's easy to update. And if not, I'll work on making the list. Sound good?
