Congratulations to Alaina and Justin, who got engaged last night.

Does this mean I'm now officially old?

Yep, here you go. The title is a vague reference to 'Three Stories' (Emmy-winning episode of House, and also my favourite episode). Although 3S was a bit different in aim - that was several stories told from one point of view ... whereas this one is ... well, have fun.

I've been semi-dared to try to finish a costume I've been putting off by KatsuFarp weekend. Ha. We'll see how that goes. Right now priority is advance comics and whatnot, but honestly, it isn't hard to sit down and put some extra decorative seams into this thing. I think I'll be saving the Colonial sofa for Shore Leave (presentation-wise), although I still plan to take her this weekend. If I compete ... well, I have no idea what I'd compete. Probably throw on something I've already got and try to stack on another Most Humourous. I doubt I'll beat 'Mary-Sue Goes to Hogwarts' (how the arse did we win with that???), but a dive through my closet may or may not prove me wrong.

I will be taking my books to Farpoint. No fear. For any of my readers who actually aren't going to Katsu, you'll be able to find me at masquerade and the Luna-C show.

Also, I don't know what it says about my mood last night that I bought three volumes of the Gravitation manga. Probably not good stuff.
