'Is it socially acceptable to order two burrito bowls?' by Kara
Dear gads.
I will have a little something interesting in the rant on the last day, so look forward to it.
So I've been sitting here worried about the revamp of Busch Gardens after the inBev/Anheuser-Busch craziness. Yes, the Clydesdales are gone (as they were A-B mascots), but they're bringing in new ones. And sheep. And they're restoring the Loch Ness Monster. All these things are making me feel a bit better. But know what's making me feel best?
Freakin' border collies.
Understand. I had a border collie all growing up. Her name was Mitzi, and she lived a good long crazy life. If you've never owned one, it's hard to describe exactly what their deal is. They're working dogs, and far too clever for their own good. And enthusiastic. They love to work. Mine used to herd me out the door for school, no lie.
I miss the hell out of her.
Point being, if you've never owned one, you can still go to a Scottish festival and see how awesome they are. If you have owned one ... well, then you understand why I'm so attached to them.
Redneck Momma is giving me my usual season pass. Why do I get the feeling I'm gonna be stopping by on random occasions just to look at the dogs?
They've got me right where they want me. D'aww.
If you have been, four.
