'He was gay and he was hitting on me. Does that mean I really AM a guy?' by Kara
I think I'm going to talk with Co-Writer about working on these other sections. What a concept, right? Well, they've been looking a bit blank, so I think it's warranted.
Oh, and guess what? I can cook - and without the comical burning-of-things that usually goes with early attempts! I made sweet and sour chicken stir-fry last night, with enough leftovers (since there's only one of me) to have lunch Monday and prove to other people that I can cook. Mainly my grandparents, so they'll stop nagging me to learn. (Do they forget they taught me all growing up???) Now to learn to make some good ol' down-home Lebanese food. Because seriously, my friends all need to try it.
If you have been, don't burn it.
Friday, aside from being a Mexican holiday, was also Comic Awareness Day (yes, now it's generally Webcomics, but I remember days when the syndicated stuff would do a shout out to it too) Did everyone remember to visit their favourite comics, and maybe give them a little something to help keep the comic going?
I however was it work. It's a little bizarre to walk into some of our emply eateries and see special stuff just for the day (because giving refried beans to people who deal in customer service is just such a great idea)
No double shift today though! Wheee, just a pretty tedious day instead.
If you have been, try the beer.

As Co-Writer mentioned, yes, it was OCD a couple days ago. However, I was not OCD a couple days ago, so I didn't do anything. We'd had some possible plans that we probably all should have discussed awhile back. With as tired/unwell/busy as I've been, though, I needed these few days to catch up on things that haven't been getting done, as opposed to new projects. Next year, I'm going to plan in advance, because dammit, I wanna do something.

Yay madness and wackiness. Well, bizarrity if nothing else.
