Despite what Mich says, I'm not thrilled with Kez's outfit. I did it as an afterthought ... was too obsessed with her long hair. No fear - I will make up for it in some art elsewhere.

As for Rue ... I'm on this weird hair-chewing kick. Comes from reading too much shounen-ai a couple weeks ago, I think. Everyone's biting on everyone else's hair in those things. I did an initial sketch for an upcoming (albeit not for months and months, and possibly into year-divisions) character in Yuusha Hime Kalibourne. And she's got lots of hair. And she's chewing on a little piece of her own. But in a sexy way. Generally, biting on one's own hair looks a bit more goofy than sexy. I know; I used to do it all the time when I had hair down to my butt when I was in preschool.

I was not feeling horribly well during the usual weekend outing last night. I think I've recovered, but I'm still weighing whether or not I slip by Busch Gardens today. Passholder day ... I could happily go by, yoink my season's pass, attend beer school (even though I got my beerology degree last year already), and ride DarKastle about fifty buttzillion times. That'll depend on my condition once I've eaten something and puttered around a bit.

We had planned to end this issue/chapter after this quest a couple weeks ago, and I must say, I couldn't be more grateful for that decision. My brain is fried.

There are 7 shows opening today (and an 8th in rehearsal), and all of them had little issues pop up at the last moment. The worse of them all are the ones involving leprechauns. And gee, guess which area has to deal with that?

At any rate I take a deserved day off, and decided not to poke my head into the park, and thus the shows.

I love today's splash though. I hope Rue is as fun to dress as it is for me to see her in some fun outfits! And Kezja's is nifty too. Next week will be another filler (1 big show, 4 little ones to get done by then), but after that, we'll see ^_^
