I'm starting to wonder if my insomnia is a self-fulfilling prophecy lately, or if my getting to bed at vaguely human times during Otakon has thrown me off. Either way, I'm awake and will probably be too braindead to rant tomorrow morning.

So I've really enjoyed drawing the flashback. I always do, whether or not the crackhead dreaminess is part of it. I just like these character designs and I rarely get to play with them. Especially the new girl. Erm, I mean, old girl.

Working on a bunch of other things right now: mascot lady for the JR Horse Side Project, and several pieces for R5 Central (which I really shouldn't consider commissions as I'm sort of 'part of the team' and it's a bit of my job now). And much, much more. When you'll get to see 'em is sort of reliant on the site owners. I mean, besides me getting off my duff and moving along on them.

Perk: my signed JAM Project shirt came in. I was pretty good at guessing the signatures, although Co-Writer and I are still going to have to compare. Masaaki Endoh's has a row of xxx's underneath. I will assume these are kisses, simply because I live in this strange fantasy world where celebrities think I rock. Fuku's sig is still the best, though ... will see if one of us can get a photo of it so everyone can see his artistic wonder.
