Ghad it's hot in here...no realy.

I type to you from work since I can do that now...sorta. The techno keeps me going when I'm not listening to Anime World Orders podcast of epic proportions. My only fear is when I get caught up on all 70 or so of their shows so far (I'm in the mid 40s now) that I won't have anything good to listen to at work in the mornings. Oh wait...I can still get caught up on R5 Central, the podcast all about Tokusatsu shows! And who says there's no quality programming on the radio these day...what? This stuff ISN'T on the radio! Damnit!!!

It's real hot here now and without air conditioning at work *I thought they'd fixed all that stuff with OSHA?* I have to creatively find ways not to pass out form heatstroke. Can't wait till the real summer hits.

As is AMA is coming up, and I have to determine if the car will be ready and back on the road by then or wheither I'll have to take galeon donw. Oh darn. Don't let it be the latter...whatever you do. And the ever looming JAM Project concert is approaching, rest assured I'll be pulling all my stings on this one. it's already starting to pan out for the better, now just keep your fingers crossed on this. Well , that and whenever the X tickets go on sale for that show at Madison Square Garden.

Have to get my Ipod either fixed or replaced as it just kinda stopped working last weekend, and no the little reset trick didnt work either.

Ah well, nothing seems to last long enough anymore...says the man with the 21 year old car.

Geh...I have to go to class tonight since I ditched last night due to storms. Both outside and in my stomach. Get all sweaty at work only to go home and then go get all sweaty working out. Lovely. At least the power better stay on tonight long enough to get a shower in when I get home or there will be hell to pay! I'll head out and use the hose at that point.

So I won't go into it so much, but surprise surprise, been having more health issues. I've been taking a few more active measures before I bother my doctor again. I figure trying everything I can think of would make any possible appointment more worth his time.

Experimenting on myself hasn't been fun, but I think I've figured something.

Vitamins.

My g'mother has this huge fsckoff book of every disease, condition, and minor inconvenience known to man. Generally if she consults that, it's a good sign she acknowledges what's wrong with you. (Sounds weird, but no, she is that skeptical.) So after experimenting with schedule, diet, and a few other unpleasant things, I called her and asked her to look under the E's for something to help me.

God ælmihtig on the asyllicre treow, but that was a long list. It had OMGESSENTIALS, Strongly Recommended, Recommended, Important, and down from there. I decided to go with the first two as I only have so much money and am not old enough for my whole kitchen table to be covered with pill bottles.

So this involves B-complex with a high dose of B12, magnesium, and Omega-3 (which, according to the bottle I bought, 'prevents fish burps,' although this isn't my issue). And I switched my brand of multivitamin, since I was there. Let's see if it helps.

I'm wondering, though, if maybe fish oil gives me nightmares, because last night I dreamed I had to escape a con, used my Garmin to move out, and ended up driving a Mini Cooper across Liverpool on the Loch Ness Monster track.
