Fun fun day yesterday. Got to walk half an hour to pick up a car to get myself to the shop where Kochanski is currently being seen to (though about 20 minutes into said walk the tow truck guy moving her between shops was going my way and picked me up), and am now carless while they figure out why she just decides she won't go sometimes.

If I had my druthers, Co-Writer would be fixing it, but I'm in a crunch because I've gotta be car-enabled by Friday so I can work the (Re)Gen/Intervention table at Shore Leave. And his work schedule doesn't allow for that right now. I'm not saying I don't trust the shop. They're wonderful. But ... y' know ... shop prices.

Regardless, now I'm homebound, just me and a big pot of Scottish Breakfast I picked up from Harris Teeter when a friend took me on a shopping trip yesterday (I got that and pigpig food and then bought a mint Aero which I ate in the car because I was pissed off). Theoretically I can be super productive today, so I guess that's something.

It's a two-con month, and then early next month I'm hoofing it up to New York to see a show and meet some tiny puppets. More on that later.
