Susan Sto Helit ~ Hogfather

There are several designs of Susan from various Discword art books, but I'm going with her look in the ITV Hogfather miniseries. Her brooch is store-bought -- the official merchandise -- but as much as possible is going to be 'homemade.' I haven't yet picked a fabric for the dress itself, though.
