Anime USA this coming weekend. I actually don't know if I'll have a table or not -- which is pretty lousy. Unseen was put on the waiting list, and we've heard nothing.

Today will be spent, at least at first, working on overdue things for other people. I'm such a procrastinator lately, which may seem unlikely with all the comics that pop up on a regular basis, but it's true. I think it's the cold weather making me want to hibernate.

Unfortunately, part of that desire to procrastinate has manifested in the form of wanting to go out to Aroma's for lunch later today with a book and whatnot. I've mentioned before how much I love doing that, especially in cold weather, and it's tempting.

However, I have fiddly things to do around here first that I really don't want to do. Housekeeping and whatnot. The annoying part of living alone; you can't say it's someone else's turn.

Also, my guinea pigs are afraid of their new food dishes.

I love cold weather. It's refreshing, when you step outside you don't start sweating immediately, and there are little to no bugs around (unless you have a fruit fly infestation at work, then it makes little difference).

I do not like that it dries out my skin. I'm not a lotion user, so winter can be especially hard on me. All in all, it's only a minor inconvenience for all the pluses that the cold weather brings.

Work's bringing all sorts of new challenges to the table, but we'll see what happens come December. Lots of new decisions will be made that may or may not affect what I'll be doing.

Oh, and I am seriously planning to begin working on the costume business I've been toying with for some time now. Now I just need a (real) serger (preferably and industrial one that can also do spandex, but I'll take what I can get) and a space to work in.
